We had no corrective actions from the over 40 policies that I sent prior to audit, so that was a great start. And the good news kept coming as the two auditors here could find nothing to pull us up on, so we have no corrective actions. A lot of that success can be attributed to your policies, as they give us the structural frame work to work from.

I wanted to take this opportunity to say how much I personally appreciate the tireless work you do, and I know that you are always available for advice. I find your continued drive and motivation to help the sector with the aim of improving the quality of life for both the providers and residents very inspirational. Thank you for that.
I still hear positive comments from staff about the last in-service you held for us. Now that doesn’t happen very often for in-services!

I just wanted to take the time to say a big thank you for your newsletter - I never fail to get something out of it. You have certainly captured the grassroots of care - it is those little things that mean so much to those for whom we have the privilege of caring for on a day to day basis. It is refreshing to read something that looks at the clients and is not focused on the money side of matters. When all said & done we are here to care about the people - while the bank balance is important sometimes it just needs to take second place.

Thank you so much for helping me to understand how to "close the loop". I am able to collate and analyze my data and have instigated a number of quality improvements. We are a lot more proactive rather than reactive and are using the internal audits how they are supposed to be used. A lot more fun to do them as staff notice the positive changes. Thank you for your patience in teaching me.

I have just been through certification audit and received the following comment on exit interview report "Quality and risk system imbedded" This should be a good endorsement for your system. They (auditor) also liked your newsletters and how you are providing an external review of the system from the comments you receive from facilities that are using it.
